Terms of sale

The product
RecordAI is a panel for Adobe Photoshop (2026 or later) that documents AI-assisted image editing and generates PDF transparency reports. RecordAI Free can be used at no cost with limits. RecordAI Pro and RecordAI Enterprise are monthly subscriptions:
- RecordAI Free: 10 images per report, 2 reports per calendar month.
- RecordAI Pro: 150 images per report, 50 reports per calendar month, for use on up to 3 computers.
- RecordAI Enterprise: unlimited images and reports, for use on up to 12 computers.
RecordAI records the documentation you enter. It does not analyse image content, detect AI use or give legal advice; you are responsible for your own assessments and for how you use the reports.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro including VAT in the panel and on recordai.dev. Payment is made by card or another method offered by Stripe. The subscription is charged in advance each month and renews automatically until it is cancelled.
Changing plan
You can change plan in the panel under Account. An upgrade takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the current month is charged straight away. A downgrade takes effect from the next renewal; you keep your current plan until then.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Account → Manage Subscription. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for, after which RecordAI continues as RecordAI Free. Your batches and documentation are kept on your computer. Periods already paid are not refunded, except as required by law.
No right of withdrawal
RecordAI Pro and RecordAI Enterprise are digital content that is delivered immediately: the plan is activated in the panel as soon as the payment is complete. Before you pay, the checkout asks you to agree expressly that delivery starts immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(13)). You cannot complete the purchase without this. We confirm your agreement in the e-mail with your licence key.
Purchases made as a business have no right of withdrawal. You can always cancel the subscription so that it does not renew; see Cancellation above.
Licence and computers
Your licence is personal to you or your business and may be used on the number of computers your plan allows. Activating it on a further computer moves it from the computer used least recently; a licence can be moved up to 3 times in 30 days. You may not share licence keys outside your business, circumvent the licence check, or copy, modify or resell the software.
Availability
RecordAI works offline. The panel renews its licence with our licence server about once a day and keeps working offline until the end of the paid period plus a few days. We aim to keep the licence server available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Warranty and liability
Consumers have the rights given by Danish law. For business customers, RecordAI is provided as it is, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or data. Keep your own backups of your files.
Changes to prices and terms
We may change prices and these terms. Changes that affect an existing subscription are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they take effect.
Complaints and disputes
Contact us at hello@recordai.dev if you have a complaint. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution via forbrug.dk. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
